Report Of Men Trapped 64 Floors Up Outside Dallas Building Was False

DALLAS, Texas (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Fire-Rescue told CBS 11 News that initial reports of three workers trapped in a basket outside of the Bank of America building at the 64th floor was a "false alarm."
That according to, DFR Public Information Officer Jason Evans.
Dallas Fire-Rescue is no longer on-scene.
