2 From Oklahoma State Awarded Big 12 Weekly Honors

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) - Two Oklahoma State pitchers have been awarded Big 12 Conference weekly honors.

Trey Cobb was named Pitcher of the Week on Monday while Jensen Elliott was named Newcomer of the Week.

Cobb was selected after going eight innings and striking out 12 while allowing three runs, two earned, in a win over Baylor on Saturday.

Elliott was selected after throwing seven innings and allowing one run on two hits in another win over Baylor during the weekend series.

TCU catcher Evan Skoug was named Player of the Week after hitting .600 in four games that included a three-game sweep of Oklahoma.
