17-Year-Old Dies After Found Shot At Fort Worth Home
FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Homicide detectives are investigating after a 17-year-old was fatally shot at his home in Fort Worth on Saturday, police said.
Police said they responded to the 1500 block of Denver Avenue and found the victim with a gunshot wound to his torso.
He was transported to a hospital, where he died. The victim was later identified by the Tarrant County Medical Examiner as Joshua Smith.
Further details have not been released as the investigation continues.
