DENTON (CBSDFW.COM) - A 27-year-old man was killed and a two women, 62 and 64, were seriously hurt in a crash on E 380 in Denton around 1:10 p.m. Sunday.

Police said the driver of a Cadillac CTS, the 27-year-old man who was killed, "took faulty evasive action causing it to skid sideways and cross the median into eastbound traffic."

The Cadillac was struck by a Toyota Rav 4 and a Chevrolet Cruze.

Police said reckless driving may have contributed to the crash.

Denton Police are attempting to identify the drivers of two other vehicles who may have more information on what might have caused the crash.

One is a lifted White Jeep Cherokee with large off-road tires and a sticker on the back glass that reads, "Rough Country." One witness believed it had 33 inch mud tires. The other vehicle is a black Infiniti G35.

This investigation is ongoing.
