Woman Wounded In San Jose Mob Stabbing Attack Dies Of Injuries

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- A woman who was stabbed Tuesday in an attack that left two people injured has died, San Jose police said Friday.

The stabbing was reported Tuesday at 6:12 p.m., when a man and a woman were apparently attacked by a group of male suspects at a Carl's Junior restaurant in the 2800 block of S. White Road, according to police.

The woman died Friday at a hospital, while the male victim remained in critical condition, police said.

The suspects fled the scene in a vehicle. Police said they have some suspects in custody but will not release any further information on their identities until the investigation is completed.
