Woman Followed, Chased Down In San Francisco Cell Phone Robbery
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Police are seeking four suspects who allegedly robbed a woman of her cellphone as she walked down a street late Thursday night in San Francisco's Bayview District.
Around 11:40 p.m., the 27-year-old victim was walking home in the 1400 block of Van Dyke Avenue, according to police.
The woman was talking on her cellphone when she noticed four men following her.
The woman began to run and two of the suspect chased her, police said.
One of the suspects shoved the woman to the ground, causing her to drop her cellphone. The other suspect then took the woman's phone and all four suspects then fled on foot, according to police.
No suspect information was provided.
