Watch Henry And Catherine Of 'Reign' Synced To Pinky And The Brain

Ani-reigniacs? Pinky and the Reign? I'm not sure how we should ship these two pairs. You might say that one is a genius and the other is insane.

Do Catherine de Medici and King Henry II of "Reign" fit the bill in those terms? Either way, the YouTube video is funny and nicely cut together.

It got a nod from King Henry himself, Alan Van Sprang, on his Twitter.

Catherine is manipulative and will do anything to preserve her family's power. Henry isn't a tyrant historically, but in the show he does get quite weird as seen in Episode 16, Monsters.

In comparison, the two lab rats from the early-90s cartoon "Animaniacs" were perpetually scheming for world domination. Each segment would start off with the same dialogue.

Pinky would say, "What do you want to do tonight Brain?"

To which Brain would reply, "The same thing we do every night Pinky. Try to take over the world."

Eventually each of Brain's plans would be foiled by some unforeseen element. Pinky would often stumble on the flaw in the plan early, but Brain's overly confident demeanor would get in the way.
