Vacaville Man Survives Bull-Trampling Incident At Alameda County Fairgrounds
PLEASANTON (CBS SF) -- A daredevil is no match for a bull.
Justin Triplett of Vacaville went down after getting trampled by a bull at the Alameda County Fairgrounds this weekend. People around him pulled his motion-less body off the dirt. Triplett was actually recording his run with a cellphone.
"I took my phone out to start recording backwards as I was running away," Triplett said. "The next thing I remember is that the crowd that was behind me dispersed, and I looked back and realized the bull was 10, five yards away from me."
The video goes dark after the bull hits him. Triplett is taking a week off work to recover. Then in three weeks, he'll be running in the Tough Mudder, a 10-12 mile race through barbed and electrified wires and ice cold water.
