Uber Rolls Out 'Uber Eats' App For San Francisco Food Delivery
The ride-sharing company unveiled its Uber Eats app Tuesday. The new service includes a network of over 100 Bay Area restaurants.
The goal is for Uber to deliver thousands of meals anywhere in San Francisco.
"It means we're really doubling down on delivery, and bringing great San Francisco restaurants not just to downtown, not just during lunch, but actually across the city for breakfast, lunch, and dinner," Uber Everything General Manager Susan Alban said.
Uber eats has already been tested in Los Angeles, and Toronto. The service is also expanding to Houston, and Chicago.
