2-Alarm Fire In San Francisco's Outer Mission District Displaces Three Families
SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX) -- A two-alarm fire in San Francisco's Outer Mission District forced out six adults, one child and their pets out of a San Francisco Outer Mission District home early Monday morning.
The fire started at 12:24 a.m. on the outside of 384 Ellington Avenue before spreading to an adjacent building affecting a total of three separate apartment units.
San Francisco firefighters knocked out the blaze around 12:43 a.m. The three families are receiving Red Cross assistance to find a place to stay in the meantime.
Arson investigators are on the scene to investigate the cause of the fire.
No injuries were reported.
