Stephen Colbert Announces First 'The Late Show' Guest
Fresh off his emotional good-bye to Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert took to twitter this morning to announce who his first guest would be on "The Late Show."
Colbert did it in the most Colbert way possible, with a little bit of excitement and of course humor.
George Clooney will be my first-ever #LSSC guest on September 8th! Could one of you let him know?

George Clooney, the "Tomorrowland" star, is set to visit the brand new "The Late Show" on September 8th. Clooney was also one of the last guests to visit when David Letterman was still host.
Yesterday "The Late Show" marquee made its debut outside of the Ed Sullivan Theater.
