SFPD Investigating Suspicious Package At Mission Police Station
SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS)— Some evacuations have been ordered in San Francisco's Mission District after the discovery of a suspicious package Monday morning.
The object was reported to police at about 10:50 Monday morning on the 700 block of Valencia Street.
The Police Department's bomb squad responded to the scene and was still in the process of trying to determine what's inside the package.
The 700 block of Valencia remained closed around 12:30 p.m. A number of businesses and apartments have been evacuated.
