Rand Paul To Open Campaign Office In San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX) -- Republican presidential candidate Rand Paul is staking a claim deep in the heart of one of California's least GOP-friendly cities.

On Saturday, Paul will attend a forum in San Francisco aimed at millennial voters where he plans to unveil his campaign's technology team.

Sen. Paul says if he wants to have any chance at winning the general election he needs to compete in California.
