Update: San Francisco at-risk 12-year-old girl found safe

SAN FRANCISCO -- San Francisco police announced Thursday that a missing at-risk 12-year-old girl has been found safe.

"Jewl Rayford has been located! Thank you for your assistance, more details will be released shortly," police said in a tweet.

According to investigators, Rayford was located on April 27 on the 5300 block of Diamond Heights Boulevard. She appeared to be in good health and foul play was not suspected.

Rayford had been last seen at her middle school located on the 400 block of 30th Avenue at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26.

She was described as a 12-year-old female, 4'7", 120 pounds, black hair styled in straight back braids, and brown eyes. She wears dental braces. Jewl was last seen wearing black tights and black and white tennis shoes. 

She was considered "at-risk" due to possible suspicious circumstances which authorities were not disclosing at this time.
