Robin Williams' Co-Star Sarah Michelle Gellar Pays Tribute To Her Late TV Father

BOSTON, MA (CBS SF) - On the one-year anniversary of his death, Robin Williams' television daughter Sarah Michelle Gellar paid tribute to her late tv father through Instagram. Gellar posted a photo of the park bench in Boston, Massachusetts made famous in Williams' film Good Will Hunting.

To Gellar, Williams was a father figure. Some time after his death, Gellar told People Magazine, "There are not enough adjectives to describe the light he was, to anyone that ever had the pleasure to meet him. I will miss him everyday, but I know the memory of him will live on."

She also described Williams as "the Father I had always dreamed of having."

Williams and Gellar starred in "The Crazy Ones" on KPIX 5/CBS. At the age of 63, Williams committed suicide in his home in Marin County on December 11, 2014.
