No Winner Of Record $949 Million Powerball, Jackpot Now $1.3 Billion
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- No one.
Not a single ticket matched all six Powerball numbers in Saturday night's $949 million drawing. The jackpot is now a whopping $1.3 billion!
The winning Powerball numbers for the $949.8 million jackpot were 32-16-19-57-34 and the Powerball was 13.
Six tickets sold in California matched five of the six numbers, according to Lottery officials. Those tickets were sold at:
-
7-Eleven, located at 4193 Central Avenue in Fremont (Alameda County)
Parkwood Gas & Food, 1612 West Hammer Lane in Stockton (San Joaquin County)
Nice Market, located at 3794 Highway 20 in Nice (Lake County)
Hassan #38, located at 32842 Pacific Coast Highway in Dana Point (Orange County)
Primm Valley Lotto, located at Interstate 15 & Stateline NV in Nipton (San Bernardino County)
Stateline Service, located at 65845 Cima Road in Mountain Pass (San Bernardino County)
To win the jackpot, players must have all 5 numbers, plus the sixth Powerball.
The odds were one to 292.2 million.
The $949 million jackpot was already the largest in United States lottery history. Since there was no winner Saturday, the next drawing for a record $1.3 billion will set the record.
And if no one wins that one????
