Public Can Rate IRS, Post Offices, Government Agencies On Yelp
SAN FRANCISCO (KPIX 5) -- How many stars would you give Uncle Sam?
The federal government has reached a deal with the San Francisco-based website Yelp.
Everyday, millions of Yelp users submit reviews on businesses and products, using a one to five star rating. Comments are welcome.
The General Service Administration said it will officially recognize Yelp users star-ratings on federal agencies.
People can now rate restrooms at national parks, review their experiences with the IRS, or rate the efficiency of their local post office.
The GSA said it will respond to users' reviews and comments.
