Power Restored To Thousands After Early-Morning Outage In SF

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Service has been restored to over 5,000 residents in San Francisco Sunday morning after equipment failure caused an outage.

Around 5:30 a.m. this morning 5,680 customers were without power after underground equipment failed, according to PG&E spokeswoman Jacqueline Ratto.
