Plane Veers Off Runway During Emergency Landing At Hayward Airport
HAYWARD (CBS SF) -- A plane veered off a runway at Hayward Executive Airport Monday during an emergency landing.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the Swearingen SA227's brakes were locked. The aircraft veered off of Runway 28.
Emergency fire crews responded but there no injuries were reported.
The FAA is investigating the incident.
