Online Safeway Shoppers Overcharged According To California Judge

PLEASANTON (CBS SF) -- Safeway customers who bought groceries online recently may be due a refund.

A California federal judge says Safeway has been overcharging its online customers by nearly ten percent by marking up prices for home delivered groceries.

Safeway's online customer agreement states that prices should be the same as those charged in store.
