Deputies Seek 2 Suspects In North Richmond Thanksgiving Homicide

NORTH RICHMOND (CBS SF) – Two men are wanted in connection with a homicide at a North Richmond home Thursday evening, Contra Costa County sheriff's officials said Friday.

Guillermo Sanchez, 21, and Lamont Patterson, 19, are suspects in the death of Isela Moreno, 23, at a home in the 400 block of Market Avenue, sheriff's spokesman Jimmy Lee said.

Arrests warrants have been issued for the suspects, who are considered armed and dangerous, Lee said.

Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at a home where a person was injured around 6:45 p.m., Lee said.

Arriving deputies found a female victim bleeding and called for fire crews and an ambulance, Lee said.

The victim, later identified as Moreno, was pronounced dead a short time later, according to Lee.

Anyone with information on the suspects is asked sheriff's office at (925) 646-2441. Tips can be made to tips@so.cccounty.us or (866) 846-3592.
