Newly-Married Couple, Photographers Robbed During Wedding Day Photo Shoot In Oakland
OAKLAND (CBS SF) – Shortly after exchanging vows, a newly-married couple on their wedding day was robbed at gunpoint Saturday following a photo shoot at the school where they first met.
According to authorities, the newly married couple, along with their videographers and photographers had a photo shoot at Oakland High School around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
When they wrapped up their shoot, three men held the group up at gunpoint. The robbers took $13,000 in camera equipment, along with smartphones and personal items from the wedding party.
According to the Bay Area News Group, a car linked to the robbery was found, along with an iPhone belonging to one of the victims. The cameras have not been found as of Monday.
