Neal McDonough Cast As New Baddie on 'Arrow'

(KBCW) – Just announced, The CW welcomes Neal McDonough as the next villain, Damien Darhk on the upcoming season of Arrow. Darhk has been teased in the last episodes of season 3 as an advesary to Ra's al Ghoul and leader of a rogue group of the League of Assassins called The Hive. The show's producers described him as "a mysterious and sophisticated villain."

McDonough is not a stranger to the world of Arrow. In 2010, he voiced Oliver Queen in Superman/Shazam!: The Return of Black Adam. But he's best known for playing Dum Dum Dugan in Marvel's Captain America: The First Avenger, Agent Carter and on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

McDonough joins Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Arrow, Katie Cassidy as Dinah "Laurel" Lance, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, John Barrowman as the new Ra's al Ghoul, Malcom Merlyn and Paul Blackthorne as Detective Lance. 'Arrow' is produced by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg and Sarah Schechter.
