Massive East Bay Power Outage Leaves 41,000 Customers In Dark

BERKELEY (CBS SF) -- A massive power outage has affected thousands of customers in Berkeley, Oakland and Emeryville.

The most recent estimates said 41,000 customers are affected.

According to a PG&E spokesperson, the outages began at about 1:40 p.m.

PG&E has not yet found the source of the problem.
