Update: Man dies from injuries sustained in large San Jose brawl
SAN JOSE -- Police in San Jose responded to reports of a large fight in the 1700 block of Story Road early Sunday morning that left one man with fatal injuries.
Police were called to the area near Emma Prusch Farm Park shortly before 2 a.m. by the large brawl.
According to SJPD, "one adult male victim suffered a life-threatening injury" and has been transported to a local hospital.
San Jose police tweeted about the fight Sunday morning.
Units are currently at the scene of what was reported to be a large fight in the 1700 block of Story Rd.

Sunday afternoon, police confirmed that the injured man had died at the hospital. His death is now being investigated as the 23rd homicide in San Jose this year. The victim has not been identified.
Police have not provided any suspect information or additional details about the circumstances of the fight yet.
