Kevin Hart To Pose As Lyft Driver In Online Series

LOS ANGELES, CA (AP) — Jerry Seinfeld pioneered being funny in cars with "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee." James Corden took it to another level with "Carpool Karaoke." Now, Kevin Hart is going to go undercover as a Lyft driver.

That's the premise of an original series being made by Hart's production company and studio Lionsgate that was announced Thursday.

The show will be made available online through a video on demand service called "Laugh Out Loud." The online channel will host all the content Hart makes outside movies and live tours.

It's the third online channel being developed by Lionsgate, following movie service Tribeca ShortList, which debuted last fall for $5 a month, and fan content-focused Comic-Con HQ, which kicks off this summer.
