Jim Harbaugh, Wife Invited To Attend State Of The Union
(CBS SF) – Former San Francisco 49ers and University of Michigan Coach Jim Harbaugh has been invited to attend President Barack Obama's final State of the Union Address Tuesday night.
Harbaugh was invited by Congressman Justin Amash (R-Michigan), who described the invitation in a tweet posted Tuesday.

In a show of bipartisanship, Harbaugh's wife Sarah was also invited to the speech by Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (D-Michigan).

The coach is no stranger to powerful people in Washington. Last year, Harbaugh reportedly visited the U.S. Supreme Court and met with five justices, including Justice Anthony Kennedy, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Chief Justice John Roberts.
Also last year, Harbaugh was spotted hanging out with first lady Michelle Obama at an event for college-bound students.
The State of the Union Address will air on KPIX 5 at 6:00 p.m.
