4 Friday Night Shootings In Oakland Leave Vacaville Man Dead, 5 People Injured
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- A man was killed in one of four shootings Friday night in Oakland, police said Saturday.
The man was victim in a shooting in the 1100 block of 32nd Street near Adeline Street around 9 p.m. when officers responded to a report of gunshots fired, Oakland police Lt. Chris Bolton said.
The man, a 30-year-old Vacaville resident, was found suffering from a gunshot wound and pronounced dead at the scene, Moore said.
Another man and a woman injured in the same shooting were found at a hospital and both in stable condition as of this morning, he said.

Police were called to three other shootings in East Oakland throughout the night and the victims in each one were in stable condition as of Saturday morning, according to Officer J. Moore.
Around 7:20 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 5600 block of Bancroft Avenue where they found a male in his late teens suffering from at least one gunshot wound, Moore said.
A few hours later, a shooting was reported in the 3800 block of Midvale Avenue around 10:50 p.m. that left another male in his late teens injured, according to Moore.
Less than an hour later, officers responded to shots fired in the 8500 block of International Boulevard where a woman was found wounded around 11:45 p.m., Moore said.
No arrests were made and no suspect information was available as of Saturday morning in all four shootings.
