Firefighters Rescue Driver From Submerged SUV Near I-880 Oakland

OAKLAND (KPIX 5) -- Firefighters rescued a driver who was trapped inside his SUV near Interstate 880 and High Street in Oakland.

Crews smashed the window and pulled the man out.

Officials say the man accidentally drove over the embankment into a the ravine.

Fortunately, he only suffered minor injuries.
