Earthquake Strikes Near San Martin In Santa Clara County

SAN MARTIN (CBS SF)-- A preliminary magnitude 3.1 earthquake struck near San Martin in Santa Clara County Tuesday evening, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The earthquake was reported around 7:20 p.m. about 5.6 miles from San Martin and 7.5 miles from Morgan Hill.
