Digital Health Company Helps To Improve Patient Care
Kimberlie Cerrone is a dealmaker and IP strategist by background, but currently she is the founder and CEO of Tiatros Inc., a San Francisco-based digital health company. Tiatros is the first market ready, medical grade solution that overcomes the information silos and logistical hurdles to treating chronic diseases by providing safe, reliable access to all of the fragmented stakeholders, information and workflows that must come together for efficient patient care
With Tiatros, doctors, nurses, patients, their families and non-medical caretakers are connected and have access to all the information they need; structured and unstructured health information is consolidated from every data source. The care team uses an extensive portfolio of collaborative communication, workflow and accountability tools they can access from anywhere with a data connection. Longitudinal relationships are built with patients and their families, and for the first time, the social context of patient care is integrated with medicine.
Cerrone earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from the University of Illinois, a Master of Science degree in biochemical pharmacology from New York University and a Master of Business Administration from University of San Francisco. She is an active member of the California and USPTO bars.
