Curry Fires 32-Foot Winning Shot To Beat Oklahoma; Warriors Win 121-118 In OT
OKLAHOMA CITY (CBS SF) -- With only seconds remaining, Stephen Curry fired off a 32-foot three-point shot to win the game against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday night. The Golden State Warrior rebounded to a 121-118 win in overtime.
Curry finished with 46 points as his winning shot was his 12th 3-pointer, tying the NBA single-game record. He also broke his own NBA record for 3-pointers in a season, leaving the new mark at 288.
Kevin Durant led the Thunder with 37 points, but he fouled out in the first minute of overtime.
The game was a real nail biter, and Curry's final shot was replayed over and over.
