CHP Investigates Fatality That Closed Intersection Near Livermore
LIVERMORE (CBS SF) -- A fatality closed an intersection north of Interstate Highway 580 in unincorporated Alameda County Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Officers responded to a report of a crash around 8:40 a.m. at Altamont Pass and Goecken roads, CHP officials said.
The intersection is northeast of Livermore.
The Alameda County coroner's bureau has been called to the scene.
A Sig-alert was issued at 9:17 a.m.
