Pair Caught On Video Robbing San Jose Store With Child

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) – Police in San Jose are searching for two people who robbed a store at Eastridge Mall last year with a child.

According to authorities, the robbery took place at the Sephora counter at J.C. Penney on September 12, 2015, around 7:00 p.m.

Authorities said the woman went to the counter and started loading up her purse. When security confronted her, a man ran up, shouted "let go of my sister," and attacked the guard. The suspects were able to leave the store with the merchandise.

Police describe the female suspect as a 19-22 year old, about 5 foot 3 inches to 5 foot 6 inches tall, weighing about 190 pounds. She was wearing a white top and blue jeans, with a brown satchel type purse.

The male suspect is described as a 22-29 year old, standing about 5 foot 8 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds. He was spotted on camera with a small child on his shoulders.
