Björk Hosts First 'Virtual Reality and 360 Live Stream'

(RADIO.COM) – Björk turned a concert in Japan into a piece of history by incorporating what her people are calling the world's first Virtual Reality (VR) and 360 live stream.
When she sang "Quicksand" during her show in Tokyo, Björk donned a mask designed by Professor Neri Oxman and made by a 3D printer and exposed the audience to a visually stunning experience. The five-minute long presentation was an adjunct to her new exhibition Björk Digital – Music and Virtual Reality – an 18 day Experiment, which opens at the Tokyo museum Miraikan tomorrow.
