Big Rig Crash In Discovery Bay Blocks Highway 4 Traffic

DISCOVERY BAY (CBS SF) -- A big rig crash with an overturned trailer has impacted traffic on state Highway 4 in Discovery Bay Monday afternoon.

KCBS Radio reported at 12:31 p.m. that the crash was at the Old River Bridge on the east side of Discovery Bay.

There was one-way traffic control in place and no estimated time when the lanes would be clear.

Motorists were asked to use S. Tracy Blvd or the Byron Highway as an alternate route.
