Missing 14-Year-Old Northern California Boy Found Safe; Amber Alert Canceled
CALAVERAS COUNTY (CBS SF) -- A 14-year-old boy who was abducted in Calaveras County, prompting the California Highway Patrol to issue an Amber Alert, was in Stockton Monday evening, according to the Calaveras County Sheriff's Office.
Sergio Vazquez was abducted at about 10 a.m. Monday from the city of San Andreas by two unknown male suspects last seen driving a white van with an unknown license plate, CHP officials said.
He was found safe in Stockton around 6:20 p.m., according to the sheriff's office.
