Meanwhile, excitement is building at Levis stadium in Santa Clara for the start of 49ers 2022 season which begins on August 12, with a pre-season game against the Green Bay Packers.

The '49ers Faithful' are hoping to build on last season's playoff run but with one big addition.

"Get back to the Rams and beat 'em. Win the conference and get through the playoffs and straight to the Super Bowl," said 49ers super fan Jesse Mendez.

Mendez was part of the 408 Faithful Fan group that helped fill opponent's stadiums in Dallas, Green Bay and L.A. for the playoffs.

This year, the fans have the same high expectations, even though questions remain: Will Jimmy Garoppolo be traded? Can Trey Lance lead another playoff run? And what about Deebo?

"We've had a lot of off-season stuff.  I hope it all gets taken care of during training camp and we get this new quarterback in there and he takes ahold of the reins and can take us all the way through," Mendez said.

The 49ers just published it's 2022 training camp schedule which includes 11 open practice dates, the first since they were sidelined by the pandemic.

"Can't wait to welcome fans back, get back into that experience.  The rookies always put on their dance, it pumps up the crowd.  If you want to come down please, we'd love to have you," said 49ers President Al Guido.

This year, the Niners have 9 home games at Levis Stadium, plus a game against Arizona in Mexico City.

"Estadio Azteca is an amazing stadium. There are great opportunities here at Levis and on the road to come see your favorite team," Guido said.

Jesse Mendez and his group already have their Mexico tickets and hope to make it 'Levis south of the border.'

"I've been counting down ever since we walked out of that Rams stadium at the championship game and I've been counting down every day since then."
