49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick Caught On Video Pushing KPIX 5 Cameraman In Oakland
OAKLAND (CBS SF) - 49ers Quarterback Colin Kaepernick put his hands on a KPIX 5 sports photographer's camera while walking off the field after Sunday's Battle of the Bay game against the Oakland Raiders.
Kaepernick deflected sports photojournalist Anthony Catchatoorian's camera, but it could be considered assault under strict legal terms.
At the time, the The 49ers were tied in the the Battle of the Bay with the Raiders. Things only got worse as the 49ers fell 24-13 to the NFL's lone one win team.

Seconds after giving the camera the Heisman pose, Kaepernick got into a barking match with Raider Sio Moore in the locker room tunnel. TMZ obtained the clip (warning graphic language), which appears to show Moore instigating.
Kaepernick then shouts "I'm coming for you" as the two are separated.

Kapernick has faced criticism after struggling with accuracy in recent weeks. The 4th year quarterback has thrown ten interceptions through 13 games this year. His quarterback rating dropped to 85.1, the lowest since his rookie campaign.
Last week, Kaepernick's weekly session with the media included one-sentence responses or nods of the heads to 30 of the 32 questions asked. The other two answers were two sentences long. Following media jokes at the quarterback's expense, Coach Jim Harbaugh defended Kaepernick as "A great leader by example."
