3 Suspects Arrested In Christmas Day Robbery, Murder In San Jose

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Three men suspected of robbery and murder have been arrested in connection with an early morning homicide on Christmas Day in San Jose, police said Tuesday.

Officers were dispatched to an address in the 200 block of North 26th Street at 5:36 a.m. Dec. 25, on report of a stabbing.

Jose Marin, 24, was transported to a hospital and pronounced dead, according to police.

Three suspects were subsequently arrested on Wednesday and Thursday of last week.

Jonathan Gonzalez, 29, and 21-year-old Luciano Esquivel were arrested on Dec. 30.

Brian Gutierrez, 21, was arrested Dec. 31. He was already in custody on other charges, according to police.

All three suspects are listed as San Jose residents.
