SAN FRANCISCO (CBS / AP) -- San Francisco officials have gathered to remember victims of the city's devastating 1906 earthquake on the quake's 110th anniversary.
Fire Chief Joanne Hayes-White was among those on hand early Monday morning at Lotta's Fountain, which was a gathering place for survivors in 1906. The quake and ensuing fire killed thousands.
