West Sacramento Woman Opens Fire After Hearing Possible Burglar

WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A woman opened fire after she says she heard a burglar in her home early Friday morning.

Law enforcement swarmed the scene looking for a possible home invasion suspect, but no suspect was found inside the home.

Neighbors said it wouldn't be the first time if someone had broken into a home, saying the neighborhood's proximity to the river attracts transients.
