Wave Of Rain Bringing Rain To Valley Perimeter, Foothills And Snow In Sierra
A winter weather advisory continues until 10 tonight in the Sierra where the highest elevations could see 10 inches of snow.
There is a wave of rain coming, which we'll see mainly in the perimeter of the valley and in higher elevations.
In the Bay Area tonight, we'll have lingering showers in the west with temperatures in the upper 50s.
On Saturday morning, there's a slight chance of showers. If there's rain tomorrow, it will be in San Francisco and up to the north and Monterey. Temperatures will be in the upper 50-60 degrees.

In the Sacramento Valley, there are a few lingering showers, which should wrap up by about 10 p.m.
We'll see morning showers in the forecast, then at around 4 p.m., we'll have a slight chance of rain.
It'll be a rainy night and morning in foothills. The highs will run in the low 50s.
In the Sierra, the winter weather advisory in effect should expire at 10 p.m. tonight.
We'll see a rain-snow mix tomorrow in the morning, with the snow level at 4,300 feet.
Fog will be back in the forecast Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
