THE LIST-Need an out, which pitcher do you want?
Every day on the show at 1:40 we have THE LIST. Today's topic, you need 1 out which pitcher do you want on the hill?
Cory's List:
1) Mariano Rivera- Cory trusts Mo and really loves his theme music. Enter Sandman and enter a win for your team.
2) Randy Johnson- nobody was more intimidating than the Big Unit
3) Curt Schilling- He was certainly at his best in the biggest games.
Nate's List:
1) Dennis Eckersley- Eck started and then closed with the best of him. He was clutch and intense.
2) Trevor Hoffman- another big time closer that could get that big out when needed.
3) Randy Johnson- another vote for the Big Unit. His stuff was lethal.
Jason's List:
1) Mariano Rivera- I had to go with Mo. Was consistently good for years and was great in the post-season and he was a Yankee :).
2) Madison Bumgarner- MadBum has been good for a while and never proved to be more clutch than in last year's World Series.
3) Nolan Ryan- he had the heat and would fight you, literally, to get you out.
