Chis Ballard, NBA writer for Sports Illustrated, joined the show's sixth segment to discuss his article on Joe Lacob and the Golden State Warriors. Grant asked Chris about the coaching change that took place in Oakland this past offseason, the Warriors front office favoring Steve Kerr over Mark Jackson despite the fact that Kerr had never coached a professional game. Chris then made a comparison between the Sacramento Kings and the Warriors, explaining how the hiring of George Karl could be the change that Sacramento needs.
