The Grant Napear Show - April 15, 2014
Grant started the show off asking what Sacramento Kings fans would like to see from the team next season. Plenty of fans called in with thoughts on changes that needed to be made. Super agent Leigh Steinberg came in studio with Grant to talk about his visit to Sac State and upcoming visit to UC Davis, to finish up his book tour, promoting his recent book, "The Agent"
Royce White, from CBS Sports joined Grant to talk about the Thunder's recent struggles and their upcoming playoff push, who his most improved players are and if the East playoffs will go thru Indy or Miami. He believes if the Clippers and Warriors meet in the 1st round of the playoffs it will be a very interesting up and down series. He doesn't believe the Warriors have the fire power to hang with the Clippers with the injuries to Bogut and Lee. He believes that Lebron is the best player in the league, however he believes that Durant has earned the MVP award this season.
Beat writer for the SF Chronicle, Susan Slusser came on to talk about the A's, Reddick and Donaldson. She believes that Felix Hernandez is such a great pitcher and a potential Hall of Famer. She thinks that there is some frustration, early on, with replay taking so long and the transfer rule.
