Suspects In Deadly Stockton Bank Robbery Appearing In Court
STOCKTON (CBS13) - The two suspects in the Stockton bank robbery and shootout will face a judge on Monday.
Surviving robbery and shootout suspect Jaime Ramos, along with Pablo Ruvacalba, who is accused of being the driver in the robbery, will be in court at 9 a.m.
The judge may decide whether the suspects are eligible for the death penalty.
Both of the suspects have been charged with three counts of murder in the first degree, a count of robbery of the bank of the west, several charges of kidnapping for purposes of robbery, and attempted murder.
The incident left hostage Misty Holt Singh dead, along with two of her accused kidnappers.
Ruvacalba is accused of being the driver and aiding and abetting the three other suspects.
