Suspect Car From Shooting In Front Of Home Depot Sought

SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) – Surveillance footage from the night of a murder in front of Home Depot has been released.

The incident happened around 7:40 p.m. on March 16. A man was loading some items he had just bought from the Home Depot along the 4600 block of Florin Road when a car pulled up and gun shots rang out.

The other car sped away, leaving the man with a fatal wound.

With the surveillance footage released Saturday, police believe the suspect car to be a teal green, 2000-2005 Buick Le Sabre sedan. Surveillance footage caught the car waiting in the parking lot just about 10 minutes before the shooting, police say. The car is then seen speeding off east on Florin Road after the shooting.

The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department is asking anyone with more information on the incident to call them at (916) 874-5115.
