Suspect Arrested In Connection With Robbery Of Roseville House Party Guests
ROSEVILLE (CBS/AP) - Police have arrested one man they are calling the primary suspect in an armed robbery at a Roseville house party over the weekend.
Brent Leo Alan Mason, 19, was arrested without incident Sunday morning at an apartment complex in Rocklin. He is one of seven men who reportedly crashed the house party on Saturday that was organized by teenagers while their parents were out of town, according to the Roseville Police Department.
The suspects allegedly sparked a fight and left one guest with minor injuries. One of the party crashers then reportedly showed a handgun and the group began robbing guests of their cellphones and watches and other personal items. The group then fled in a sedan.
The injured guest was treated at a hospital emergency room.
Mason was booked into the Placer County Jail on charges of robbery, conspiracy, brandishing a firearm and violation of probation. His bail is set at $75,000.
