Suge Knight Due For Las Vegas Extradition Hearing
LAS VEGAS (AP) - Attorneys for Marion "Suge" Knight will ask a judge in Las Vegas to free the rap music figure on bail to let him return to California on his own to face a felony robbery charge.
The 49-year-old founder of Death Row Records is due in court Monday with attorneys Richard Schonfeld and David Chesnoff after spending the weekend in the Clark County jail in Las Vegas.
Knight was arrested Wednesday in Las Vegas and comedian Katt Williams was arrested in the Los Angeles area on a celebrity photographer's complaint that they stole her camera Sept. 5 in Beverly Hills.
Knight appeared Thursday before a Las Vegas judge who reduced a warrant issued in a June 2013 driving with an expired license case to a parking ticket and fined him $190.
